Technically, those of us who have finished the game with a single player have finished with all party members on the same level.

It took me much longer to find all 12 Items of Extra-Specialness, for some reason. My guys got up to level 140ish, and that was after several re-trains to give them each 72 spells. By the time they found the last Item of Extra-Specialness, they each had 500+ SP. For reference, my last two were an Item of Sorcery and an Item of Wizardry.
