 Gee, thanks. I'm not too terribly offended, though, when people mistake me for a guy on the 'net-- you aren't the only ones, don't feel bad. I just figure it's better if it happens here than if it happens in person....
 
 Using a name like Chris, I try especially hard not to jump to conclusions, but it's difficult. I think I used the name Sam as a female in a story once or twice, and it's also been the name of a tree that I kept genderless. Still, my first reaction is male.
 My point is, in a medium like this,  you're bound to make mistakes once in a while, and nobody should hold it against you.
 
 I can't help but wonder if some of this is one of those societal things....
