You'll need some more nanoxite and some more peryolitium. Have you been all the way down in the sandstone caverns?

I am guessing that you also haven't found all of the rubber tubes. You might want to take care of that before you do anything with bombs.

Make sure you explore everything thoroughly, both in the mines and back on the Corolis.
