Poa Conduits Pleeeeeeease I beg you

Ok I've had it I put North outer and inner all the way around on both the east and west portions and that still doesn't help. I've been woring on these stupid conduits for over a week for hours on end.
I know you can't give direct exact answers on the board so that why I'm giving you my e mail address so you can mail me directly with the exact answer of how to fix these things.Come on someone who has solved the conduits please send me the exact answer i've tried so many suggestions to no avail.Come on guys theres a point where you have to give someone the answer. I know if I had the answer and you really needed it I'd send it to you. I don't have any hair left I pulled it all out lol.
