REALLY STUCK IN GOA!

I've gotten the apple pie and got the Rink, then I went to the outpost. I'm stuck outside the guard house and I tried to get the Rink in the window but it won't do anything. I get killed every time I try to snatch the plan! I REALLY need help! THANKS!
