Stuck in Perils of Akumos, PLEASE HELP!!

I've done the conduits BEFORE the boosters.. does that mess the game up or am I just messing things up.. repeatedly.. because I have the brain of an ameoba and can't remember what the hell I did to beat it the first time?

ANY word from SOMEONE would help.. please!
