Well, if you threw trash on the ground, you know that the litter guy gets off of his crate, and yells at you.

Makes you wonder what would happen if you ignored the guy and went on about your business. Surely such a civic minded individual would feel the need to do something about that bit of litter which will singlehandedly cause the downfall of western society, and open the doorway to the dungeon dimensions, letting hordes of evil demons, and monsters, and terrible spirits out into our world, the likes of which would make even the shadows seem preferable. Wouldn't he?
