I thought I had posted this somewhere else, but I don't think I have, and looking back, I am pretty sure that the reason that I didn't post this before was because I am not the author of the game or the owner of the site, and I did not want to presume to speak for him. My word is still not any kind of guarantee, but I can at least tell you what my feelings are about the secret area, and what I think the general policy is as well.

The secret area in GOAT is NOT a part of the game. It is NOT something that everyone is expected to be able to find, and it is NOT something that anyone is going to drop any major hints on. The anagram might help a bit, but it certainly doesn't give it away, and it was more just a lucky coincidence than anything else. In general, though, I don't think anyone is going to tell you any more about the secret area than what has already been said. If you want more information about the secret area, read the rest of this Forum. If that isn't enough for you, too bad.
