There are about three or so different blows you have to nail her with before you'll be able to beat her. In the fight sequence you keep repeating, there is really only one good spot where you have a chance to do things. Use it.

This fight sequence is similar to the dragon fight, except that the key blows you can deliver in the dragon fight come from different stages of the fight.
