 I didn't know that "bollard" wasn't an international name. Huh. Anyway, you've only got one on your Toyota if you had a particularly nasty crash. It's a stone post, usually shaped like a domed obelisk, placed such as to stop cars from entering pedestrian areas or driving over important stuff.
