Heh. I was at an all-state honor band audition last night, and we band geeks ended up having to stand in line for about an hour because the stupid auditions were running quite late. But that's another story. The point is that we were all talking outside the audition room, and somehow we got onto the subject of fancy graphing calculators. In the course of the discussion, I mentioned that "TI-89s are the *bomb*!"

After realizing what I'd said, I commented, out loud, something to the effect of "Did I just say that?" Then I almost puked. :-p

And to think I picked that expression up from my acquaintances in the "real world", rather than on the internet...
