 Are you sure?  Most people I've talked to up here
 seem very interested indeed about what has been
 going on down south, and less than impartial.  To
 find someone without those qualities, I think that
 you'd have to recruit tribesmen from some small,
 untouched Pacific island, then blindfold them and
 stuff their ears with wax until they reached the
 underground bunker to do the counting.
 
 Besides, Canadians aren't immune to high emotions
 and voting mishaps, either (see below).
