Actually, I had already decided against this. I appreciate Liface's efforts, but that's just not my way. I have figured out one thing I will do when I need to vent my frustrations, though, based on flyingcats' suggestion: I'm going to drive out past the edge of town, find a big deserted area, and scream. Somehow, I think that will help. I'm also thinking that I might bring Mocha with me so when I'm done, I can get back in the car and let her sit on my lap and purr... That's always nice. Oh, and the walk or the jog won't hurt either, but I need some better shoes for it. :-)
