 I suggest that the most professional-sounding and least silly titles might be:
 
 /  /  /  /  / "RinkWorks Associates & Cooperatives," (or vice versa), or
 
 /  /  /  /  / "RinkWorks Cohorts & Associates,"
 
 or just the simple and friendly:
 
 /  /  /  /  / "RinkWorks Folks & Friends,"
 
 with Sam listed as the CEO, that is, the "Chief Executive-Energizing Officer".
