Hmm. Fermented lemonade! Sounds interesting. Commercial versions of hard lemonade have gotten quite popular here in Canada. There's Hooch (UK), Two Dogs (Australia), Tornado, and Mike's Hard Lemonade (Canada).

You wouldn't happen to have one of those densiometer thingies for measuring the alcoholic content of homemade beer or wine, would you Ticia? I'd try your Sima recipe, but would really like to have a ballpark idea of its alcopop content. Moderate concentrations of ethanol can give some beverages a pleasant tangy 'bite', but personally I get really sick if the content is too high.
