Unfortunately, the pop-up windows are the price you pay when you go with a free web-hosting service. That or ads on your page, which IMHO is even more annoying. At least with the pop-ups, you can minimize them and not have to look at them. (You can minimize the pop-up and then go anywhere on my pages without having it "pop up" again.)
