Anybody who ever went to school ought to know that, yeah. This was definitely the way it was at my school:
One girl = not silly.
One girl + one girl = silly.
One girl + one girl + one girl + one girl = cumulatively four times as silly as only one girl would have been, if one girl on her own was silly.

The same thing applies to boys, I'm sure.
