Of course, when i DO get there I have to wait for another hour with 75 of my school friends until, suprise suprise, they send us a minibus. I have just managed to get on said bus the last couple of days.

This hasn't spread to my home town quite yet, but judging from Stagecoach the situation is so much in decline that we'll all have to cycle to school - which for me is 10 miles away through woods and hills. Not fun.

Ok, it's time to get creative. I'm sure you know that walking a mile a day, or cycling ten miles will get you fit in a hurry, but when I read the part about "through woods and hills," I realized that what you need is a moped or motorscooter. It won't do much for fitness, but you could really enjoy the trip to school.
