Stand near (but not too close to) a barber shop and offer a free haircut to someone before they enter the shop.

Offer a pedicure to a stranger, preferably an older man. (Borrowed from Road Rules.)

Go trick-or-treating, especially at this time of year.

Do the classic "tie a near-invisible string to a dollar bill, leave it on the sidewalk, and watch people try to pick it up." Or glue a quarter to the sidewalk.

Another classic: Have several people stand around, stare and point at the sky, and get very excited. 2 points for each stranger who joins in. Double points for each person they recruit.

Repeatedly try to go out the "IN" door at a supermarket. Get upset when you can't get out.

Propose to a stranger.
