  That could be a regional variation.  "Skeh" is really the only pronunciation I hear.  Usually the only time I hear "sheh", is in a movie or on t.v..  I assumed it was a British pronunciation.

  It's in the exact same category as the whole "there", "their", "they're" misunderstandings.  I find it soooooo hard to believe that fully functioning adults with 12 to 16+ years of education can't figure out which to use when.  It's so simple.
