I need to find another popmail server, other than the one I'm using currently. Mine is getting way too expensive. Note that I'm not at all interested in getting another "web-based" mail account (like Hotmail or Rocketmail), unless it has an option to auto-download and save the mail items -- from the server directly to your hard drive -- like any popmail account allows you to.

So, does anyone know of a popmailserver that has reasonable fees (like 0 - $2/month), and is *reliable* (you can access it any time of the day, without unreliable slowdowns or an inability to get into the box)? Thanks.
