Starlight - Train Station

Well, I have made it to the D/10 E/10 Control Room. I have eaten 2 manas and have gotten nowhere. The Train is A-6 to E-6.

A hint, if you please? Oh yeah, I found the purple switch, I think for the second time and it's stuck. Not sure if I moved it already or not. I forget. Senior moment - I'm 73. HA. Control Room 4 or 2 won't reopen as something heavy is in the way.

How do I go back and reread the instructions I first got when I entered this control room? Thanks for anything.
