The Disorderly Orderly (1964)

Reviews and Comments

This is one of Jerry Lewis' best films, sure to should please his fans. He's an orderly in a hospital this time around. As usual, the story is the simple matter of the shy boy winning the heart of a girl, and a great portion of the film consists of unrelated sight gags. What's different is that the girl isn't just a sweet, oblivious bystander; she's a patient with an attitude problem. Another fundamental difference is that the unrelated sight gags are among Lewis' most funny.
