This delightful comedy from director Harold Ramis and star Bill Murray has a simple yet original and innovative premise and plays it for all its worth. Bill Murray gets stuck in his own personal time loop. Ironically, one of the film's greatest assets is avoiding addressing the question of why this phenomenon is occurring, concentrating instead on how Murray's character copes with it. The consistently clever, creative, and unpredictable script and Murray's comic timing make this a minor comedy classic.
