A note to bibliophiles: I recommend the hardcover. (My commission is exactly the same on each edition, so I have no financial interest in recommending one or the other.) The paperbacks are good -- but like all paperbacks, they wear quickly. The hardcovers, though, are very well made, fully cloth-wrapped (most hardcovers today are only cloth-wrapped at the spine and paper-wrapped elsewhere). *On the Lulu web site, where you go to purchase a copy, the page count will be listed as 420. There are 407 numbered pages in the book. After the title page, copyright page, and so on are added in, the page count is 420. |
