A note to bibliophiles: I recommend the hardcover. (My commission is exactly the same on each edition, so I have no financial interest in recommending one or the other.) The paperbacks are good -- but like all paperbacks, they wear quickly. The hardcovers, though, are very well made, fully cloth-wrapped (most hardcovers today are only cloth-wrapped at the spine and paper-wrapped elsewhere).
